Investment Policy and Promotion Specialist - Chemonics

Chemonics seeks an investment policy and promotion specialist for an anticipated USAID-funded support for economic analysis development – Indonesia (SEADI) Project. The project aims to improve the economic policy enabling environment necessary for rapid, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, job creation, and poverty reduction. 

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in relevant field.
• At least ten years of direct technical experience and solid technical knowledge of Indonesia’s investment issues – especially those that are related to the World Bank’ annual Doing Business reports.
• Solid technical knowledge of the investment policy regime and related institutions that regulate investments in Indonesia 
• Prior experiences working with GOI institutions that set and implement investment policies and regulate the industries are preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
