Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in relevant field.
- At least ten years of direct technical experience and solid technical knowledge of Indonesia’s infrastructure and logistics systems.
- Solid technical knowledge of the policy regime and related institutions that regulate the Indonesian infrastructure and logistics system.
- Prior experience working with GOI institutions that set and implement infrastructure and logistics policies and regulate the infrastructure and logistics sector are preferred
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
