FINANCE MANAGER
Jakarta,Indonesia

Main Responsibilities:

The Finance Manager reports to Organizational Support Director and manage a team of two staff. The Finance Manager, as part of Country Middle Management team, will responsible to take leading role in overall country financial management to supports for office smooth operations and, at the same time, promote for good governance and transparency.

Followings are key area of responsibilities of Organizational Support Manager of which has been adapted to suit future growth of the Organization.
  • Responsible for compliance of financial standard operational policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for accounting system with accuracy, proper records keeping at a timely manner and ensure compliance to GAAP and IFRS.
  • Responsible for sufficient financial reporting to support smooth operations and decision making.
  • Responsible for proper budget management and ensure smooth cash flow to support smooth operations.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting with at least 12 years qualified experience in Finance and Accounting such as budgeting process, book closing process, account reconciliation process, etc. with minimum 3 years in managerial or team leader level and proven record of a good team player.
  • Experiences with SUN accounting system will be an asset/preferable.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and experiences in standard financial policies and procedures, Indonesia taxation, transaction analysis with compliance to GAAP/IAS and demonstrate ability to maintain and/or implement proper internal controls.
  • Posses knowledge of reporting methodologies and IT skills particularly in the use of database, spreadsheet and Pivot Table.
  • Committed and goal oriented, mature and takes an extremely proactive approach with experiences of an international working environment and liaising with people from different cultures based in different locations.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, take own initiative, fast learner, self starter, be flexible, able to manage and prioritize numerous tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
