Project Officer and Project Assistant - Save The Children

Save The Children is the world's leading children's rights organization, with 28 national Save the Children offices and operational programmes in over 120 countries. We deliver immediate and lasting improvements to children's lives worldwide.

Currently Save the Children has an immediate need for experienced staff to be a part of our team.

1. Project Officer (code: PO EXCEED) base in Surabaya, Bandung, Sambas, Sanggau, Pontianak
   
   The incumbent will act as the implementation controller of the project activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Deputy Program Manager who will manage and coordinate the project, including:
   
   • implementation of the work plan,
   • communication and coordination with various parties and provision of supports to project partners and stakeholders.
   
   Requirements:
   
   • Minimum Bachelor's degree in social science or related field
   • Minimum 4 (four) years experience in NGO
   • Good knowledge and ability to work with stakeholders.
   • Good facilitation and training skills.
   • Understand ENACT model.
   • Excellent report writing skills.
   
   
2. Project Assistant (code: PA EXCEED) base in Lampung, Semarang/Jogjakarta
   The incumbent will assist the Deputy Program Manager in implementing the project activities in the field.
   
   Requirements:
   
   • Minimum Bachelor's degree in social science or related field
   • Minimum 3 (three) years experience in NGO
   • Good knowledge and ability to work with stakeholders.
   • Good facilitation and training skills.
   • Understand ENACT model.
   • Good report writing skills.

General Requirements:

• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and SPSS are an advantage.
• Commitment to Save the Children's mission and values.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
