SUPPORT FOR POOR AND DISADVANTAGED AREAS (SPADA) PROJECT
PNPM Mandiri Daerah Tertinggal dan Khusus / Percepatan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Khusus (P2DTK)

Dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan Proyek Percepatan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Khusus (Support for Poor And Disadvantaged Areas (IBRD Loan No. 4788-IND and IDA Credit No. 4076-IND)) maka saat ini perusahaan kami, PT. Multidecon Internal, membutuhkan tenaga pendamping kegiatan di lapangan sebagai Konsultan Manajemen Kabupaten Bidang Kesehatan (Health Specialist), Bidang Pendidikan (Education Specialist), dan Bidang Infrastruktur (Infrastructure Specialist) di Propinsi Nusa Tengggara Timur. Program ini mendorong keterlibatan perempuan di dalamnya.

KONSULTAN MANAJEMEN KABUPATEN
(KM-KAB) bertugas melakukan pendampingan terhadap Tim Koordinasi P2DTK Kabupaten dan memberi dukungan teknis kepada pelaku-pelaku program P2DTK lainnya di kabupaten untuk menjamin pelaksanaan program sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dan mekanisme Program P2DTK.

Persyaratan:
  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan pengalaman minimal 3 (tiga) tahun;
  2. Latar belakang pendidikan di bidang terkait;
  3. Memiliki pengalaman dalam pendampingan masyarakat, penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, pelatihan partisipatif, mediasi, dan pengembangan jaringan kerja;
  4. Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman dalam program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat;
  5. Tidak sedang aktif sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS);
  6. Bersedia untuk tinggal di kabupaten lokasi program.
  7. Menulis essai tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat & perkembangan di bidang masing-masing secara umum dan lebih khusus di Nusa Tenggara Timur serta solusi ataupun inovasi pemberdayaan di wilayah NTT. Essai dibuat dengan format huruf Verdana 10, + 5 halaman A4, Spasi 1,5.

Description of Duties
Internship with IPEC provide an opportunity for students who are pursuing a course of study in fields related to child labour to:
  • Increase their understanding of relevant issues at the international level by involving them directly in the work of IPEC;
  • Gain practical work experience in the field of child labour and its links to other related fields, such as education, youth employment, gender, agriculture, mining, etc.

Under the supervision of a professional in IPEC, typical assignments for interns include:
  • Review and analyse literature
  • Undertake research in a particular subject area
  • Organise data and documents
  • Develop tools and guidelines
  • Draft reports and conduct case studies
  • Participate in on-going projects implementation and/or evaluation
Required Qualifications

Education
Interns should have completed graduate and/or post graduate studies or be in the final year of undergraduate studies in related fields.

Experience
Experience in research and/or academic/voluntary work in the related area(s) would be an advantage.

Languages
Working knowledge of English, French or Spanish. Knowledge of the second language or Portuguese would be an advantage.

Horticulture Assistance - AMARTA

A USAID sponsored project in agribusiness markets and support activities seeks applicants for a Horticulture Assistant based in Simalungun and Pakpak Bharat.

The Horticulture Assistance will contribute to project overall objective to produce measurable results in horticulture productivity. The tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Work with agribusiness stakeholders to achieve maximum collaboration in implementing AMARTA program.
2. Together with Horticulture Coordinator to organize farmers groups, cooperation, association and other related institution to respond of increasing competitiveness.
3. Organizing farmers training, collecting data, processing and monitoring of horticulture programs.
4. Maintaining relations with other stakeholders and invite their participation to create more coordinated and business oriented in horticulture.
5. Maintaining, monitoring and evaluating of all AMARTA horticulture programs in the farmers’ level, such farmers training, demonstration plot and farmers field school.
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Agribusiness Specialist or Horticulture Coordinator.

Qualification
For this position, she/he must have minimum 2 years of field-based experience in project implementation, community mobilization, and monitoring and evaluation. Experience and expertise in Horticulture specifically in Citrus, Potato and Chili, including understanding of horticulture best practice. Minimum Bachelor Degree on agribusiness or equivalent in horticulture science or similar degree. Experience in working effectively and respectfully with host country government, INGO and NGO partners. Demonstrate skill in communication, report writing, financial management, monitoring, evaluation, team management and problem solving. Competent English language preferred and ability to speak in Simalungun or Pakpak Bharat is considerate.

Tropical Fruit Value Chain Coordinator - AMARTA

Maintaining relations with other stakeholders and invite their participation to create more coordinated and business oriented in tropical fruit.
Maintaining, monitoring and evaluating of all AMARTA horticulture programs in the farmers’ level, such farmers training, demonstration plot and farmers field school.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Agribusiness Specialist
